Hospice care at home is a special, compassionate form of care designed to provide comfort and support for those faced with a terminal illness. Lifecare’s goal is to offer a loving, professional, team approach in order to promote dignity and affirm the quality of life for the patient, family members and others close to them, Services include providing comfort through pain and symptom management, and spiritual and emotional support. We strive to allow the patient to remain where they live in peace and comfort for their remaining days. We pledge to affirm life in all stages. Our services neither hasten dying nor prolong it.

Who is Eligible for Hospice?

Any individual who has a life-limiting illness and meets hospice eligibility requirements can receive hospice care in their place of residence.

Does My Doctor Have to Refer Me?

No. Anyone may make a referral to Lifecare Oklahoma Hospice. We will work with your primary care doctor and the team of physicians on the Lifecare team who specialize in hospice care.

Who Pays for Hospice Care?

Hospice is a benefit under Medicare Part A with no co-pay or deductible. Many health insurance programs also cover hospice. Lifecare Oklahoma Hospice provides care for all admitted patients regardless of their ability to pay.
